The RAF is inviting qualified graduates to apply for its Graduate Development Program in the Actuarial Quantification and Claims Risk Department: Actuarial Analysis and Quantification, which will run for 18-24 months. The program aims to provide development opportunities for young, high-potential individuals from diverse backgrounds, offering relevant work experience that aligns with their skill set and identified talents. The program focuses on developing technical, business, and leadership skills, setting the stage for dynamic growth. The outcomes include Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Processes and Procedures, Actuarial Quantum of Damages in terms of Loss of Income and Loss of Support, Professional Actuarial Report Writing, Actuarial Data Management and Investigations, Actuarial Forecasting Model Development, Actuarial Liability Valuations, Revenue Forecasting Models, and Analytical Root Cause Analysis. Qualifications include a certified copy of your Grade 12 or NQF 4 level certificate, a bachelor's degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science related qualification or academic transcript, and a certified copy of your ID. The role involves completing Actuarial Analysis and Quantification modules within the specified time frame, adhering to organizational policies, and fostering effective team relationships.
